I hope to branch out soon into creating an image archive in the library of babel. Of course, not without acknowledging its predecessors. Here’s a beautiful one, A Patch of Fuzz.

Woah that’s me! Just posted it in this forum myself. 🙂 Thanks for the shoutout.

Since there is so much more information in each book of your library than in my images, I was thinking an easy way of making a higher-resolution renderer would be to directly convert each book to an image.

As Borges wrote, there are an uncountable number of ways to interpret the messages in the books. Who’s to say you can’t interpret them as colorful images?

    Hey zspotter!

An impressively dedicated fan of the site, Manuel, has created a bookmarklet which does just that! I’m working as we speak on incorporating it into the site. He also made a rad function which plays a melody based on each page of text.

    You can find it here.
